Hola!! Oh my goodness! I cannot believe another transfer is over! These last 6 weeks have flown by! I can hardly believe we are halfway through January. Time sure flies!
This week was so great though. We were able to meet with quite a few people. On Tuesday, we were able to meet with a member of our ward, and we talked about Blessings. We read a little from President Monson's talk "Consider The Blessings". It was really great, and I think our member really enjoyed it too.
On Wednesday, we met with Gill. He is so awesome. He was an active non-member for quite a while. He had a really good friend who was a member, and would go to church with him, every week. He said he enjoyed coming to our meetings... But he never officially sat down with the missionaries... I don't know why. But we met with him. And he seems genuinely interested in learning more. But, this weekend is a holiday, so he went on vacation with his family :) So. we will meet with him again soon!
Thursday we had a Zone Conference, which was so great! We went over "Finding By Faith" and all the little things we can do daily to show our faith to find and teach those who have already been prepared by the Lord. It was so great!
Sunday was Transfer Calls!!! Crazy!!! It was really great. I was nervous for a little bit, but when they actually called, I felt calm :) Sister Bills and I are both staying here in Encino Park. I am super excited.
