29 June 2015

Hello everyone!
 I hope you are all doing well! This week has been so great. We have a lot of people we are working with, and most of them are progressing quite well. 

I cannot believe that June is almost over! It feels like it is still April or something. Gah! So crazy. I hope you are all having a great Summer!

This last week, we had exchanges with the Sisters in Del Rio. So great! I love exchanges. There are ALWAYS miracles that happen. This time was like that too! I went to Del Rio with Sister Veazie, and Sister Pectol came to Eagle Pass with Sister Ali. We saw miracles in both areas! In Del Rio, we were able to have a lesson with someone they hadn't seen in a while, and were able to meet some other people as well. In Eagle Pass, Sisters Ali and Pectol were able to have an amazing lesson with Juan, one of our investigators. He really is progressing quite well. I am so excited for him.

Quemado part 3... What happens when you forget to fill up with gas... and don't have enough to get back to Eagle pass... you get to fill up in Quemado! The only place between Del Rio and Eagle Pass to fill up your car with gas.... Super fun!

Hello all! So sorry for not writing last week, I hope you are all doing well. :)

This week, well, and last week were awesome. They always are. I absolutely love being here in Eagle Pass. 
We went to Quemado this last week. It was so great! Quemado is one of those "blink and you'll miss it" towns on the way from Eagle Pass to Del Rio. It is the cutest little town ever. There was a guy there that has 2 deer for pets! They just chill inside his fenced yard. We pet them and took pictures with them. they were cute. I have pictures, but I forgot my camera cord, so I'll have to send them another time. 

Also in Quemado, there was a house with 6 Chihuahuas. Yep. Bienvenidos a la frontera!

Hay más, pero voy a añadir las fotos más tarde.

Last P-day, we went down to the Frontera. Literally. We were in front of the Río Grande, and could see Mexico. Super fun. I loved it

Thursday was a great day! Weekly planning and dinner with the sweetest people ever. They remind me a lot of my grandparents.

Hola familia! ¿Cómo están?
I sure hope you are all doing well. This week was super great. We received our iPads, and they have been so great. I am so excited for this work! The Lord certainly is hastening his work, and I feel so blessed to be here, as a part of it. 

I am so glad to be here, serving a mission , and I am grateful for all of your support while I am here. 
I love you so much!
