Hello Everybody!! I hope you are all doing well!
This week was so great! Last Monday, Hermana Collins and I went to "downtown" eagle Pass. It is so great! There are so many cute little shops where you can get super cute clothes for pretty cheap. It's awesome. You can also see Mexico. It's pretty great!
Tuesday, we rode our bikes for the day. It was an AWESOME day. It is so much easier to Preach By The Way on bikes. So much easier to talk to people on the sidewalk, without having to awkwardly park the car and run over to them :)
We met Virginia, who is .... about 85 years old. She is such SUPER cute lady. We are going by her later this evening to meet with her and talk about the Restoration. :)
Thursday we were able to meet with this AWESOME family. Suzi and her husband... I'm totally blanking on his name right now... but they are such a sweet family. They have 3 kids. Super cute. They were really receptive, and definitely felt the spirit. I was such a mess, and started crying when we were talking about Joseph Smith. I couldn't say anything for a while, without starting to cry again. What was up with that? Oh well. It was still a good lesson.
Friday was Johnny Joe's birthday, and I was able to try menudo for the first time. It was pretty good, actually. I enjoyed the flavor. ... Not a real big fan of the texture though :) But that's okay. It was pretty tasty. You should all look it up :)
This week really was so awesome! I love you all!
Love, Hermana Dean
There's an Antelope Dr! I feel right at home!
Don't you feel like you're in whoville??
